12 to 13 years old, not turning 14 in the calendar year. Open to all genders!
As part of the CDMFA's Spring Flag Football League, players new and old will experience 7 a-side (lineman in play) format of Flag Football. This is a great way for players to stay active, healthy, and expand their football skills and knowledge! With lineman in play for the 7 a-side format, offensive and defensive linemen have the opportunity to learn and practice the proper placement of hands for blocking and getting around blocks.
Gameplay: 7-a-side football on a modified field.
Season: April to the beginning of June, with no games over the May long weekend
Practices: Players practice two times per week, dates TBA
Games: Two games played on Saturday or Sunday, games will be scheduled back to back
