U16 Tackle Football

Eligibility: 

Players turning 13, 14, or 15 in the calendar year (players must not be entering grade 10 in the calendar year). Open to all genders!

Tackle Football

In this division, the focus is on safe contact and starting more position-specific skill development. Players will continue to learn football fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship as they develop into young athletes.

Gameplay: 9-a-side football and/or 12-a-side football.

Season: 2-week pre-season camp in June, regular season is August to the end of October. Provincial play continues into November

Practices: Three times per week on the field, some off-the-field film review is also required, days TBA

Games: One game per week
