6, 7, and 8 years old, not turning 9 in the calendar year. Open to all genders!
As part of the CDMFA's Fall Flag Football League, U9 players will be introduced to flag football. This is a great way for athletes to stay active, healthy, and learn some football skills! By playing on a smaller field in a 5-a-side format, players will get more opportunities to touch the football and be involved in the play.
Gameplay: 5-a-side football on a modified field
Season: August to October
Practices/Games: 2 practices and 1 game per week
